Provide billeting space for ‘Palarong Pambansa’ delegates, Antique residents urged
With Antique hosting the “Palarong Pambansa” this coming April 23 to 29, Governor Rhodora J. Cadiao has urged her constituents to provide billeting space or let their backyards host “tent cities” to accommodate those who have no places to stay during the games.
The lady politiko made this appeal after learning that all hotels and pension houses in Antique are now fully booked the coming sporting event.
Cadiao said all 18 regions in the country will be sending their athletic delegations to the Palaro, now on its 60th year, slated on April 23 to 29.
The Antique governor added they are expecting 15,000 to 17,000 athletes and officials to join the games.
