This guy may look all cool with his Mercedes Benz, but he is never above the law.
Mayor Tommy Osmeña has put up a P100,000 reward for informants who can provide key information for the police to capture this man who shot a nurse after a traffic altercation on the wee hours of Sunday, March 19 along F. Sotto Street in Cebu City.
Here’s a photo of the shooter with a female companion, which Osmeña released on Facebook.
News reports say that Ephraim Montalbo, received two gunshot wounds from a man driving a dark Mercedes Benz with plate number UNI 731. Montalbo was trailing the Benz when it stopped, prompting him to honk to nudge the driver to give way, according to an Inquirer report. However, the Benz owner went to kick Montalbo’s Toyota Altis, which later on led to the shooting incident.
