Welcome to the Christian world, Stonefish!

Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte and husband Mans Carpio took their youngest baby to church for his baptism early Thursday, March 16. Stonefish, whose full name is Marko Digong, was born on March 2 as the lone survivor among triplets which Sara carried in her womb shortly after winning the May 2016 elections.

The baptism, which comes two weeks after the baby’s birth, was held in a “very private” ceremony at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Davao.

Only family members and close friends were invited to the event, including grandpa and President Rodrigo Duterte. An impeachment complaint was lodged against him in Congress by Magdalo Rep. Gary Alejano that same day.
